White Tea

Whether it’s antioxidants, anti-aging, weight loss, or other goals, green tea is the center of all speculation. It may be a powder extract in the form of a diet drug. Or a healthy caffeine drink. There is nothing wrong with these uses, but the ivory version may also-if not better-apply to something.

WHITE TEA VS GREENTEA
All types of caffeine tea come from tea plants. The difference between white tea, green tea and black tea lies in the amount of tea processed. White tea is the least processed and mild-tasting tea. Leaves are not oxidized or rolled because they are only dry and sometimes steamed. Green tea is steamed or fried to prevent oxidation, then roll and dry. Roll black first, accelerate oxidation, and produce dark color.

White tea is called white because the drink has almost no color. This is a yellowish hue, which is significantly different in light green or dark brown, and you get more processing types. Although the leaves are not white in themselves, they are lighter in color because they are harvested before they mature. If they are made from unopened buds, they will really look like dirty white.

Because there is no official definition of how white tea is made, what you get may vary depending on the brand and origin. Some use closed leaf buds, others with buds soon after picking down the tender leaves. No matter what, the leaves do not roll or fry like green tea or black tea. To stop browning, most farmers use light steam to turn off oxidase.

It’s an enzyme that turns apple-like produce brown after cutting and exposing them to the air. By turning off the oxidase immediately, the leaves have no time to oxidize and change color. In green tea, oxidase is killed after a period of withering and oxidation.

You can see more theaflavins and theaflatins (pigments) are produced with green, more with black. But this is. The traps.

These pigments are antioxidants! White will have more catechin, an antioxidant that studies have shown can reduce body fat, reduce density lipoprotein or bad cholesterol, and other benefits. At the same time, in double-blind and placebo-controlled trials, theaflavins found only in black tea improved vascular function, with other potential advantages.

Take-out?
You really can’t say white is always better than black tea or green tea. Each compound contains different compounds that are thought to have unique benefits. The best type of healthy and healthy tea will vary by goal.

The bad news is that there are few white forms of clinical research. Of the nearly 30 million medical papers in the PubMed database, only six trials involved the use of it, some of which were animal-based or mixed-use supplements, with multiple components tested together.

If we combine clinical and laboratory studies, we’ll come up with a list of the benefits of white tea. Most of the health benefits below have not been confirmed because the data are too preliminary. This is only what science suggests, it may be possible, it may even be this less treated leaf.

HEALTH BENEFITS WHITE TEA
1 Won’t stain teeth

It’s not that discoloration is impossible, but it’s a benefit that you don’t need clinical trials to verify.
All you have to do is look at this almost colorless drink and compare it to the strong brown color of black tea. Obviously, which one is better for maintaining the color of the teeth.

2 Easier on the stomach
Did you have a stomachache after drinking thick green tea? Even before science knew the reason, there was a common sense in the history of China and Japan that, for this reason, there had never been an empty stomach to drink it.
The scientific explanation is that tannins are high in content, that is, green and black. These tannins increase the amount of acid you produce. In turn, you may have side effects of pain and, in more cases, nausea and vomiting. If you have GERD, acid reflux, or peptic ulcers, the increase in acid may infuriate them.

Most of the tannins in tea are formed when catechins are oxidized to tea ubiquitin and other theaflavins. This means that the tannin content of white tea is significantly lower.

3 More caffeine than green tea
The leaves of tea trees always contain caffeine. So, whether you drink white, green, yellow, oolong, black or Pu’er tea, if they’re not decaf-free (they also contain a little bit), they offer pick-up.
Of all these types, however, only white is made from early leaf buds. Matcha uses younger leaves than ordinary green tea, but they are not buds. This is important because the study found that the younger the leaves, the higher the caffeine content.

These percentages come from a study by the Department of Food Chemistry, University of Brownswagh, Germany. They measured 68 cups of caffeine-containing tea that can be purchased in local stores.
Black samples come from different tests, so why only one decimal point is given. (5) the amount of caffeine contained in white tea can be as high as 7{ca007fc30adc33bf1db5af534f8dd8ecd81687aba8805a446e5e93f528301baa} by weight. This is for the type known as a silver needle or white needle tip, which is considered to be the highest grade of white. Only when planted in Fujian, Fuding and Zheng he areas, is considered to be pure silver needle white tea.

Despite this, it is widely believed that the caffeine content in white tea is low. Even big brands use this term in their marketing. This is a great myth.

The lower grades are White Peony (White Peony), Gongmei (Gongmei) and Changmei (first Mei). To be sure, all of these coffees have lower caffeine levels than high-quality silver needles. Drinks made from these drinks may contain less caffeine, mainly because of their taste. Because it is so mild, many brands use decaf-free herbs to dilute leaves, such as peaches, oranges and pomegranates.
When you talk about pure silver needle-grade white tea, they actually contain more caffeine than green tea (including matcha) and a variety of black tea, such as English breakfast, Earl Grey, Assam, Darjeeling and Ceylon.
Caffeine levels per cup of coffee are still lower than the average of 95 milligrams, but that’s because you’re making coffee with more ground-1 to 2 tablespoons (8.7 to 17.4 grams). Your average tea bag contains only 2 grams of leaves or buds, which is up to 88{ca007fc30adc33bf1db5af534f8dd8ecd81687aba8805a446e5e93f528301baa} by weight than how many cups of coffee beans are ground up. By the way, it’s not really beans.
So even if all tea teas contain more caffeine than coffee beans, the reason you drink less caffeine each time is because of the lower caffeine levels used in brewing cups.

4 More EGCG than black tea
EGCG stands for catechin gallate. Studies have shown that it is this particular antioxidant in green tea that makes it more suitable for your green tea. Although unconfirmed, here are some things that EGCG is studying:
◎ the weight loss of green tea supplements is thought to be due to its ability to accelerate the basal metabolic rate. Most marketing ideas about reducing abdominal fat have been grossly embellished, but science does suggest that there may be something.
◎ Cancer research has observed the anti-proliferation effect of EGCG when using laboratory models such as cultured cancer cells.
◎Memory improved in a double-blind and placebo-controlled study involving patients with mild cognitive impairment in South Korea.
◎ it has anti-inflammatory effects. It is suggested that EGCG food sources have a better therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory joint diseases.
◎ some studies have found that low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL cholesterol) is a bad cholesterol.
This is just a large sample of the EGCG study.

https://howtobuytea.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/3.500x154.jpg

The content of EGCG in white tea was about 40{ca007fc30adc33bf1db5af534f8dd8ecd81687aba8805a446e5e93f528301baa} less than that in green tea, but it was still more than 400{ca007fc30adc33bf1db5af534f8dd8ecd81687aba8805a446e5e93f528301baa} higher than that in black tea. Although it is not the most abundant source, it is the safest way to drink large amounts of EGCG for those who feel stomachache or heartache due to tannin.

5. Protects skin against UV damage
One of the few clinical studies was done by dermatologists at the Cleveland case Medical Center in Ohio. Participants were divided into three groups.
One of them was untreated and used as a control. The other two were treated locally with green or white tea extracts after ultraviolet radiation.
They say both types provide the same level of protection from radiation-induced oxidative damage to skin dna and Langerhans cells, which exist in various layers of the epidermis.
This is not because it blocks ultraviolet rays, because they make it clear that extracts do not absorb ultraviolet rays or provide sun protection.
This means that this protection occurs at the cellular level, possibly by helping cells better respond to ultraviolet radiation. It should be clear that they do not claim to be a substitute for sunscreen. If added to the sunscreen formula, it may offer complementary benefits.

6. Anti-stress
(UniversityofShizuoka), University of Shizuoka, Japan, conducted another related human study. They measured the effects of warm water, ordinary green tea and shaded white tea on stress. On different days, these people were tested three times.
They used the so-called UKmath Test (Uchida-Kraepelin), a widely used source of stress in the study.
They used the following methods to measure stress:
◎ Total emotional disorder (TMD),
◎ emotional state (POMS) score,
◎ saliva chromium granulin A (CGA) score increased with the increase of stress results.
According to these parameters, both types of tea can help their bodies better cope with stress, although white tea has a strong anti-stress effect.

This CGA-level chart shows you how they are lowest (a good thing) in white.
Why does it look better? Scientists believe this is because theanine, a necessary amino acid, is high and how it affects GABA levels in the brain. They also believe caffeine is beneficial because in other studies caffeine also improves mood and reduces anxiety.
In this regard, the study further reiterates the belief that caffeine is high.
The average caffeine content per 250 mL (8.4oz) white tea was reported to be 191.60 mg, compared with 87.47 mg.

7. Boosts mental performance
Well, it seems a little obvious that high-caffeine drinks and supplements tend to be associated with the level of mental performance on the test. You don’t need a clinical trial to know that. All you need is someone to take the coffee you drank in the morning and experience it for yourself!
In the case of this drink, however, it may not be just caffeine.
The same study discussed in the sixth report also states that:

“multiple comparisons of Bonferroni showed that participants calculated more after drinking sunshade white tea than after drinking warm water,”

and in simple English, they performed better on math tests.

https://howtobuytea.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/5-500x312.jpg

“it may be that the anti-stress effect promotes a more relaxed state, which increases sustained attention and thus improves performance in the UXK test.”

Catechins and theanine may play a role. Other studies using these compounds alone have reported that they improve memory and learning.
Another amino acid, glutamic acid, has been found to promote brain activity in rats. In particular, their hippocampus.
In short, the drink may contain additional compounds that make it more likely to promote brain health than the equivalent amount of caffeine in capsules or coffee.

Admittedly, if applied locally to teeth, it may benefit, but ingesting the neurotoxin lowers children’s IQ (a Harvard study). There are also laundry lists of other health problems.
you can read more on our fluoride-free toothpaste.

Like other trace minerals, it is ubiquitous in the world, so you can’t completely avoid it. Whether it’s meat or plants, what you eat and drink will have parts per million (1/1000000). Although you can’t completely avoid it, you can avoid the worst source.
Fluorinated drinking water is an obvious example. A dangerous source most people do not know is tea, especially from some parts of China.

Why is there fluoride in the tea?
Tea plants have a natural affinity for fluoride and aluminum. Their roots always “absorb” more of these minerals than ordinary plants that grow in the same soil. Normally, these levels are safe, but plantations in southwestern China and other regions with high levels of fluoride can lead to high levels of tea.

So which kind of tea has the highest fluorine content?

“…Older leaves are high in F [F] and Al [Al] contents… “ This is based on a study conducted in Sichuan Province, China.

His old leaves are used for making black, oolong, Pu’er tea, and most green tea. Making matcha with etiquette levels involves young leaves. According to USDA (USDA), your average glass of black will be 3.37 ppm. The type with the lowest fluoride content is white tea, because it is made from the youngest leaves or early leaf buds.

https://howtobuytea.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/93.jpg

As you can see, older leaves contain 10 times more fluoride than young ones. This makes the white varieties of tea, such as silver needles and white peony, needless to think for those who want to reduce their exposure to the harmful mineral.

Anti-cancer potential of White Tea
According to researchers at the Oregon State University, San Francisco, March 29(mostly a tea apprentice), white tea may have the strongest potential for all tea. They will study today at the 219th National Conference of the American Chemical Society, the world’s largest scientific society.https://howtobuytea.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/109x21-2.jpg

Where to buy
Although it may be healthier in many ways, there is little demand for this form in the United States and Canada, and frankly, there is little demand for this form in any westernized country, be it the UK, South Africa or elsewhere.
Lipton tried to use fruit-flavored products such as blueberry pomegranate and peach mango in these markets, but recently stopped. It could be a lack of demand.

But it doesn’t matter, because you can do better than Litton, a low-quality leaf mixed with ingredients. Our main Los Angeles stores, the whole Foods supermarket, a joint grocery store, and the mother’s market at a natural grocery store checked the inventory.

Each has an organic white peony or two. No one sells high-grade silver needles. In Amazon, we recommend these organic white teas:

o For teabags, try Prince of Peace’s cost-efficient 100 count
o For loose leaves, try Davidson’s Silver Needle sold in bulk
