White Tea

Whether it’s antioxidants, anti-aging, weight loss, or other goals, green tea is the center of all speculation. It may be a powder extract in the form of a diet drug. Or a healthy caffeine drink. There is nothing wrong with these uses, but the ivory version may also-if not better-apply to something.

All types of caffeine tea come from tea plants. The difference between white tea, green tea and black tea lies in the amount of tea processed. White tea is the least processed and mild-tasting tea. Leaves are not oxidized or rolled because they are only dry and sometimes steamed. Green tea is steamed or fried to prevent oxidation, then roll and dry. Roll black first, accelerate oxidation, and produce dark color.

White tea is called white because the drink has almost no color. This is a yellowish hue, which is significantly different in light green or dark brown, and you get more processing types. Although the leaves are not white in themselves, they are lighter in color because they are harvested before they mature. If they are made from unopened buds, they will really look like dirty white.

Because there is no official definition of how white tea is made, what you get may vary depending on the brand and origin. Some use closed leaf buds, others with buds soon after picking down the tender leaves. No matter what, the leaves do not roll or fry like green tea or black tea. To stop browning, most farmers use light steam to turn off oxidase.

It’s an enzyme that turns apple-like produce brown after cutting and exposing them to the air. By turning off the oxidase immediately, the leaves have no time to oxidize and change color. In green tea, oxidase is killed after a period of withering and oxidation.

These pigments are antioxidants! White will have more catechin, an antioxidant that studies have shown can reduce body fat, reduce density lipoprotein or bad cholesterol, and other benefits. You really can’t say white is always better than black tea or green tea. Each compound contains different compounds that are thought to have unique benefits. The best type of healthy and healthy tea will vary by goal.

The bad news is that there are few white forms of clinical research. Of the nearly 30 million medical papers in the PubMed database, only six trials involved the use of it, some of which were animal-based or mixed-use supplements, with multiple components tested together.

2 Easier on the stomach

The scientific explanation is that tannins are high in content, that is, green and black. These tannins increase the amount of acid you produce. In turn, you may have side effects of pain and, in more cases, nausea and vomiting. If you have GERD, acid reflux, or peptic ulcers, the increase in acid may infuriate them.

Most of the tannins in tea are formed when catechins are oxidized to tea ubiquitin and other theaflavins. This means that the tannin content of white tea is significantly lower.

3 More caffeine than green tea
The leaves of tea trees always contain caffeine. So, whether you drink white, green, yellow, oolong, black or Pu’er tea, if they’re not decaf-free (they also contain a little bit), they offer pick-up.

4 More EGCG than black tea

This is just a large sample of the EGCG study.


The content of EGCG in white tea was about 40{ca007fc30adc33bf1db5af534f8dd8ecd81687aba8805a446e5e93f528301baa} less than that in green tea, but it was still more than 400{ca007fc30adc33bf1db5af534f8dd8ecd81687aba8805a446e5e93f528301baa} higher than that in black tea. 5. Protects skin against UV damage
One of the few clinical studies was done by dermatologists at the Cleveland case Medical Center in Ohio. Participants were divided into three groups.
One of them was untreated and used as a control. The other two were treated locally with green or white tea extracts after ultraviolet radiation.
They say both types provide the same level of protection from radiation-induced oxidative damage to skin dna and Langerhans cells, which exist in various layers of the epidermis.

6. Anti-stress
(UniversityofShizuoka), University of Shizuoka, Japan, conducted another related human study. They measured the effects of warm water, ordinary green tea and shaded white tea on stress. On different days, these people were tested three times.
They used the so-called UKmath Test (Uchida-Kraepelin), a widely used source of stress in the study.
They used the following methods to measure stress:
◎ Total emotional disorder (TMD),
◎ emotional state (POMS) score,
◎ saliva chromium granulin A (CGA) score increased with the increase of stress results.
According to these parameters, both types of tea can help their bodies better cope with stress, although white tea has a strong anti-stress effect.

Why does it look better? Scientists believe this is because theanine, a necessary amino acid, is high and how it affects GABA levels in the brain. They also believe caffeine is beneficial because in other studies caffeine also improves mood and reduces anxiety.
In this regard, the study further reiterates the belief that caffeine is high.
The average caffeine content per 250 mL (8.4oz) white tea was reported to be 191.60 mg, compared with 87.47 mg.

7. Boosts mental performance
Well, it seems a little obvious that high-caffeine drinks and supplements tend to be associated with the level of mental performance on the test. You don’t need a clinical trial to know that. All you need is someone to take the coffee you drank in the morning and experience it for yourself!
In the case of this drink, however, it may not be just caffeine.
The same study discussed in the sixth report also states that:

“multiple comparisons of Bonferroni showed that participants calculated more after drinking sunshade white tea than after drinking warm water,”

and in simple English, they performed better on math tests.


“it may be that the anti-stress effect promotes a more relaxed state, which increases sustained attention and thus improves performance in the UXK test.”

Catechins and theanine may play a role. Other studies using these compounds alone have reported that they improve memory and learning.
Another amino acid, glutamic acid, has been found to promote brain activity in rats. In particular, their hippocampus.
In short, the drink may contain additional compounds that make it more likely to promote brain health than the equivalent amount of caffeine in capsules or coffee.


Admittedly, if applied locally to teeth, it may benefit, but ingesting the neurotoxin lowers children’s IQ (a Harvard study). There are also laundry lists of other health problems.

Where to buy
